Registration for Parish Church Electoral Roll 2023

ST. PETER’S CHURCH

 

The St. Peter’s Church Parish Roll was  revised during the period Saturday 1st January to Sunday 20th March 2023.

Registration is now closed and the list is displayed in the vestibule of St Peter's

 

Enrolment requires a declaration as follows:

 

  1. I am baptised 
  2. I am a member of the Church of England or,

I am a member of ……………………………………..

being a Church of the Anglican Communion or an Overseas Church in communion with the Church of England (Strike out which does not apply).

  1. I am not a member of any other religious body which is not in communion with the Church of England
  2. I have attained the age of 17 years
  3. I am resident in the Bailiwick of Guernsey
  4. My name is not on the Church electoral roll of any (other) parish in the Diocese of Salisbury.

 

Enrolment and Data Protection Privacy Forms can be found in the Church Porch and should be returned to the Electoral Roll Officer before the end of the period given above. You may leave your forms, in an envelope, in the church to be collected.

Notes:

 

1. Any parishioner may attend Annual and General Meeting of the Church but eligibility to vote at those meetings requires a parishioner to be included on the Parish Roll.

 

2. If you appear on the current roll then you do not need to complete new forms for this revision.
